Butterfly-cut shrimp sauteed with onions, garlic, curry leaves, and ground dried chilies then tamed with coconut milk. CAUTION: Be sure to let your waiter know of your spice handling capabilities or lack of!
VEGETARIAN SPECIALTIES
Soft fried tofu sauteed in our spicy garlic chili sauce (sambal). CAUTION: Loaded with protein but it also has quite a bite.
